My husband & I got into a jam. We needed oil, our tank was almost empty. I called around to numerous oil companies & got rejected on the spot. I understand companies are busy & I know we dropped the ball on the tank being so low. But what happened to people helping people out? I would of paid extra for a delivery if needed, knowing it was my fault. As companies, don't you want to gain customers? Well today, Freedom Fuel gained us as customers & I will recommend them to anyone who asks!! I called them today & Jason was very kind & understanding. He offered advice that he didn't have to offer & he made it out to my house for a delivery by the end of the day. He was a life saver today!! Also, the icing on the cake for me.. it is a Veteran owned business, I come from a family of veterans & I support our military & veterans!! So thank you for your service!! && Thank you for being a great person!!
